Recently-eclosed ("hatched") moth, holding onto its pupal case, which is wet from an earlier rainstorm. This pupa was not inside a traditional closed cocoon, but suspended in the center of a very sparse network of threads, like a spider web, which from a distance gave it the appearance of floating in mid-air (Peruvian Amazon).
