Moss Mantis (I think Haania sp.) with babies aboard. I had not heard of parental care in mantids, and can't be certain that's what this is, but it certainly looks like it. I at first thought the babies were just part of the mantis's body ornamentation/camouflage -- it was only after zooming in on the first photo that I saw the babies (Danum Valley, Borneo).
